Diversity Tax Day CLE: Tax Professionals Working with Limited English Proficiency Taxpayers (CLE credit: 4.0 credits)
This CLE is designed for tax attorneys, other tax professionals and anyone else who works on audits, appeals or tax controversy with persons having limited English proficiency. The program will feature public and private sector practitioners speaking on a wide range of tax matters, including resident alien issues, tax audits, planning, tax liens, and civil and criminal tax penalties.
