2025 PRBA ANNUAL MEETING:

Pursuant to the PRBA Bylaws, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of New York will be held as set forth above for the following purposes:
1. Approval of Nominees. To consider and vote upon the slate of nominees for PRBA officers and board of directors as recommended by the Nominating Committee. The slate will be finalized and circulated to the membership by no later than November 10, 2025. Bylaws Amendments.
2. Bylaws Amendments. To consider and vote upon amendments to the PRBA Bylaws. A summary of key changes are attached to this notice.
3. Reports and other Business. To receive brief reports and to transact such other business as may properly come before the membership.

ELIGIBILITY / VOTING: ONLY ACTIVE MEMBERS, I.E. MEMBERS WHO HAVE PAID THEIR DUES IN FULL AND ARE IN GOOD STANDING AS OF THE MEETING DATE ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.
