Nos complace anunciar que el juez presidente Rowan D. Wilson ha nombrado a Doris M. Gonz\u00e1lez, magistrada del Tribunal Supremo del condado de Westchester, y a Joseph E. Lamendola, magistrado del Tribunal Supremo del condado de Onondaga, copresidentes del Comit\u00e9 Asesor Estatal sobre Resoluci\u00f3n Alternativa de Conflictos. Este comit\u00e9, compuesto por estimados jueces, personal de los tribunales, abogados, profesionales de ADR y acad\u00e9micos, se dedica a mejorar los servicios de ADR en todo el sistema judicial de Nueva York. Junto con el Presidente del Comit\u00e9, John S. Zayas anunci\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n de la Parte 160 del Reglamento del Juez Administrativo Jefe, destinada a mejorar el acceso a alternativas a los litigios en asuntos civiles y de familia.
