Approval of Nominees. To consider and vote upon the slate of nominees for PRBA officers and board of directors as recommended by the Nominating Committee. The slate will be finalized and circulated to the membership by no later than November 10, 2025. Bylaws Amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Bylaws Amendments. To consider and vote upon amendments to the PRBA Bylaws. A summary of key changes are attached to this notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Reports and other Business. To receive brief reports and to transact such other business as may properly come before the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly click here to&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeffy.com\/en-US\/ticketing\/2025-prba-annual-meeting\">RSVP<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;by Monday, November 15, 2025 to facilitate headcount with the venue.
