Buscamos abogados con excelentes credenciales acad\u00e9micas, capacidad de redacci\u00f3n y habilidades de defensa, as\u00ed como un compromiso demostrado con los derechos civiles y las cuestiones de libertades civiles. Se prefieren candidatos con al menos 1-2 a\u00f1os de experiencia. El bufete ofrece igualdad de oportunidades y anima a personas con diversos antecedentes y experiencias a presentar su candidatura. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">La remuneraci\u00f3n de los asociados oscila entre $160.000 de salario base (primer a\u00f1o de licenciatura) y $210.000 de salario base (diez a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s de licenciatura); todos los asociados pueden optar adem\u00e1s a una gratificaci\u00f3n anual discrecional.
