NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the PRBA Nominating Committee has accepted the following nominations to be voted on at the Annual Meeting scheduled for November 15, 2023:
For the Officers:
Renier Pierantoni for President-Elect
Antonio Seda Vice President
Leilani Rodriguez for Corresponding Secretary
Anthony Beneduce for Recording Secretary
Maria Ortiz for Treasurer
For the Board of Directors:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that pursuant to PRBA Bylaws Article IV, Section 10, in the event the above slate is not voted in favor by the Members in Good Standing so present at the Meeting, “nominations from the floor may be made only by a Member in Good Standing entitled to vote pursuant to Article II §4(b) herein, present and voting.”
PRBA Bylaws Article II, Section 4(b) provides, “For purposes of voting at the Annual Meeting of Members, a Member shall be considered in Good Standing when all the corresponding eligibility requirements of his/her Membership Class have been satisfied and the applicable dues have been fully paid at least 50 days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting of Members.”
Members who wish to attend the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., which is being held by remote videoconferencing, must register per the below:
