Notice of Formation of the Nominating Committee
Please be advised that the Board and Officers of the Puerto Rican Bar Association will be forming a Nominating Committee consisting of members in good standing who demonstrate a commitment, passion and understanding of the missions and goals of the PRBA pursuant to the bylaws.
The Nominating Committee is responsible for reviewing the qualifications of candidates for any vacancy in the Director’s or Officer’s position in anticipation of our upcoming annual meeting/election scheduled to take place on November 19, 2025.
The PRBA’s Board and Officers will announce the members of the Nominating Committee no later than
September 20, 2025.
Any member interested in participating in the Nominating Committee or nominating someone to serve on the Committee MUST submit in writing their name, email address and telephone number by July 10, 2025, to Julia Galban-Carter, Executive Director at [email protected]
